"I love my relationship I have with this particular State Farm office. I have had policies with them for many years and everyone is so nice and accommodating. Rachel has always been able to handle any questions I have had and been very helpful with many of my calls directly to there office. Also Jennifer has been very helpful as well and always able to get to the solution of my questions and policy issues. Eric has especially helped me at times as well and I can’t say enough good things about the whole team. Any claims I’ve ever have had have been addressed and resolved efficiently and effectively. There is no automated service at this office and when you call you will reach one of their awesome team members directly. That’s also one of my favorite things as well and the prices are fair as well and I have turned a lot of my friends and family in their direction. That’s how confident and reliable I believe they are."

They work hard to make sure you get all applicable discounts and help you make informed decisions on coverage. I've never felt pressured into anything and when I have needed to use my coverage, they helped walk me through the claim process and worked with the corporate side of things to make sure I was taken care of. They even let me stay with them when I moved out of their normal service area. Cannot recommend everyone in this office enough!"
